My Story~

I’ve always felt a deep calling to embrace intuitive energy healing, and in 2021, I fully stepped into this path—my Dharma. This journey has been one of self-discovery, trust, and surrender, allowing me to fine-tune my ability to work with energy in a state of pure presence.

Certified in the Usui System of Energy Healing and Spinal Flow Technique®, I combine intuitive healing with science-based methods to help clear energetic and physical blockages, bringing the body back into balance. My practice is rooted in creating a calm, centered space tailored to your unique needs, whether you’re seeking relief from trauma, stress, or imbalance.

From using healing Energy to help my mother with her chronic asthma as a teenager to intuitively supporting birthing clients as a doula, I’ve been connected to this work for most of my life. I now bring those years of experience and passion to every session, supporting you In feeling lighter, balanced, and more aligned with your true self.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my three grown sons, exploring nature, dancing at music festivals, practicing yoga, and meditating. My connection to the earth is my inspiration—it’s where I find guidance and balance that I’m honored to share with you.
